TERMSSHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING Stateless Clothing dispatches all orders from our warehouse in Basel, Switzerland. Please allow [X–X] business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details via email. Alternatively, you can sign into your account with your email address and track it through our website. As we ship from Switzerland, all orders to destinations outside Switzerland leave the country as exports and pass through customs. Delivery timeframes therefore vary depending on your location and on how quickly the destination country's customs authority clears your parcel. SHIPPING RATES & CUSTOMS Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Shipments to countries outside Switzerland may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and customs handling fees levied by the authorities in the destination country. These charges are not collected by Stateless Clothing and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Where a parcel is returned to us because import charges were refused, the return shipping costs and any charges incurred will be deducted from the refund. [Optional, if you register for IOSS: For orders to the European Union with an order value of up to EUR 150, import VAT is collected at checkout and remitted by us. Customs duties and carrier handling fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.] We do not currently offer delivered duty paid (DDP) shipping to any destination.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Please check that the delivery address you provide is complete and correct. Address corrections after dispatch may not be possible. We remain responsible for your parcel until it is delivered to you. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within [7] days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
RETURNS
Consumers in the European Union and the EEA have a statutory right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Please contact
info@statelessclo.com to exercise it. We will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
Consumers in Switzerland have no statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales. As a voluntary service, we accept returns of unworn items within [14] days of delivery, provided the return is arranged with our support team by email within this timeframe. In this case we will issue a refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In all cases, returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and returned with all original tags attached. Where available, eligible returns may be exchanged for another size or product. If your preferred item is unavailable, we will issue store credit so you can shop a future Stateless Clothing release. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:Worn, washed or damaged products.Products returned without original tags.Products that are not in their original condition. Unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you have received an incorrect item or believe your item is faulty, please contact
info@statelessclo.com within [14] days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the consumer laws applicable to you. Your statutory rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected.
INVENTORY While we work hard to maintain accurate inventory, stock discrepancies can occasionally occur. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item or order and provide a refund.
OUR WAREHOUSE Stateless Clothing operates a single warehouse in Basel, Switzerland. All orders are dispatched from this location; no split shipments occur. The shipping origin and the applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
BOT POLICY We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe has been placed using bots, automated software or unauthorised checkout links. Please access our website directly when purchasing new releases.
GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
